this movie was also known under the title " Scent of Mystery"...at 2.12 in this clip I was surprised to see the exact same location used in the action war film " Von Ryan's Express" with Frank Sinatra!
I recently bought this and other Smilebox Cinerama blu rays. The work David Strohmaier and his people do is incredible. I don't see why Warners can't do the same with John Wayne's The Alamo 70mm director's cut in restoring the colour which I understand is the main problem. And it's all done on Final Cut Pro, I think, which I use for my editing.
These are highly informative and very interesting. Thank you Mr. Stromeyer 🙂

It's amazing what they can do to clean up these old movies. Great job guys.
Excelente trabajo de recuperación!!
Great job ! ...
Very interesting, thank you.
Another one that will look great on my 8ft movie screen. Will be watching out for.
I like the technique of combining two identical Mag soundtracks to gain a better s/n.
The irony is that only with digital you can save celluloid.
Epic
Great work!
Now do The Wonderful World of the Brothers Grimm.
