Significant improvement from the original 140hp getting 250 now and over 30k on turbo and about 220k on the clock... Purchase the car at 160k if any of that helps
@@mad_mechanic Wow 250HP with turbo and are you talking about kms or miles? I have a 2009 mine only makes 138HP stock but runs super smooth how come yours make 140?
Alot of work tbh ... I don't regret it but every vehicle I own is manual and I've done clutches in everything at least once twice in the Hyundai sooo make sure you have another vehicle and steady income of some sort I ran into my fair share of problems... Pros... Way better than a Honda/Toyota inside and out car wise from suspension to interior to weight distribution etc and I turbod and still have a/c high amp alternator 2 batteries and 2 12s zero overheating issues but I had to get rid of the stock fan and install a 3k cfm 16 inch on one side of the radiator... I could go on forever sorry

@@drewscorner5412 guess I should mention don't use the included bolts for the turbo side of manifold even the grade 8 stretched I think it came like 8mmx1.? Thread I retapped it for 3/8 or 7/16 whatever was one size bigger after that it stopped leaking over time

250 220 light tune never had it turned up only running 11psi wastegate spring, no cams stock rotating assembly larger injectors

Where did you get the turbo manifold?
It's for the tiberon 1.6 or 1.8 I just oversized the bolt holes and had to port match the ports on the motor side a little
