Before even watching the video - we only found your channel a few months ago. I started watching cooking shows while I am on medical leave (due to burnout). Cooking again inspired me and has helped so much - and finding your channel contributed so much to re-discovering my love for cooking. I’ve already made your fried rice, adobo and green Thai curry. We all go through hard times, and no one ever really knows the story behind our parasocial relationships but I wanted to thank you and let you know, that uncle Roger, you brought a lot of happiness into our family home, especially in a time where “mom is really sick”. We definitely have msg in our pantry, and a rice cooker now and our lives are much better since checking your channel out. This year of 2023 life has been tough for many people, including many hard-working Chinese people who survived several waves of COVID attacks. Being funny and making fun of things are important for a hard life, but it isn't worth it to let these many many Chinese people lose their opportunity to see you. You have a massive fan base in China regardless of circumstances, and hopefully next year they can see you on their accessible channel again!
