Surrey, British Columbia is a city located in the lower mainland region of the province. It is the second largest city in British Columbia and has a diverse population and a variety of neighbourhoods to choose from. Some of the best neighbourhoods in Surrey include:
Fleetwood: This neighbourhood is located in the northeastern part of the city and is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and affordable housing. Fleetwood is home to many parks and recreational facilities, and is also close to shopping centers and schools.
Fraser Heights: Fraser Heights is a newer neighbourhood located in the central-Northern part of the city. It is known for its diverse population and large upscale detached homes which are mostly built post 1990's.
Morgan Creek: Morgan Creek is a wealthy and upscale neighbourhood located in the southern part of the city. It is known for its beautiful homes, wide open spaces, and access to the beach. Located in South Surrey which is home to many parks, golf courses, and recreational facilities.
Cloverdale: Cloverdale is a historic neighbourhood located in the eastern part of the city. It is known for its small town atmosphere and historic main street, which is home to many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Cloverdale is also home to many parks and recreational facilities.
Clayton Heights: Clayton heights is technically a neighbourhood located in Cloverdale. Having lived here for 2 years myself I love Clayton heights. It is a dense area filled with pretty well all newer homes, townhomes and condos, all built post year 2000. Clayton heights is a vibrant neighbourhood filled with young families and young couples.
Sullivan Station: Sullivan station is located on the South-Central side of Surrey. This is nice area featuring mostly upscale detached homes and newer townhomes. Tons of great schools and parks.
Whalley/Surrey Central: Whalley/Surrey Central is an up and coming area. Only 6-8 years ago this was crowned as one of the worst areas in Vancouvers metro area and no one had anything good to say about it. Today, this has completely changed and everyone wants to own a home or investment unit in Surrey Central. The city is allocating a ton of resourced to this area and will continue to be a juggernaut going forward.
These are just a few of the many great neighbourhoods in Surrey, British Columbia. Ultimately, the best neighbourhood for you will depend on your personal preferences and needs. This is just my PERSONAL opinion.

Hello. Thanks for sharing the best neighborhoods in Surrey. I was wondering how do you rate the Central City Mall? Some says its quite soulless and empty apart from a few anchor stores like Walmart, T&T. Is it true?
My pleasure my friend! Honestly I would agree. Surrey central mall is usually a ghost town. Central mall is super close to guildford mall and guildford mall is a much better mall
@@thatagentkelly Thank you Agent Kelly! Reason why I'm asking is because I'm looking at Park Boulevard at King George in Whalley, and the nearest mall for daily necessities seem to be Central City Mall.
Do you have any comments on the area near there, or any comments on the Concord buildings there?
@@chairmandictatorxijinping8905 my pleasure my friend. Central mall is definitely more than enough if you’re within walking distance, it’s still a good mall. It’s just for people that use a vehicle to get there can drive 8 minutes down the road to a much better mall. But central city mall is still a good mall, it’s still better than any mall east of Langley.

Concord is great, I wouldn’t buy into one of their presales as they are usually overpriced but if it’s already built then I’d say it’s a great buy
My.buddy he had a house in surrey ended up homeless in Kelowna or something
