Chris has superior genetics. You cant "teach" genetic superiority. Remember that Cormier couldn't last one entire workout with Dorian Yates without stopping and puking in the alley. How is Chris going to teach intense training when he never actually did intense training? I'm all for Cormier, but as an advisor, mentor, coach....NOPE

He has amassed an eclectic group of friends and contacts throughout his time in bodybuilding. His knowledge is top tier. His training techniques are not only about intensity but also stimulation. To say he is not capable of being an advisor is the type of crazy nonsense you only see on the anonymous internet.

Hadi lacked conditioning that we all like when he’s at it and 💯 He is never going too win again or Dereck Samson is improving hopefully Andrew catches up I like his physique more.

Derek in interview last year said his focus in 2023 was his upper body and he was hitting his upper body with more frequency than his lower body. 🤦🏻♂️ I don’t know who is in his circle, but they should have told him he was already top heavy and he should have hit his lower body with more frequency instead. Probably needs at least a year to get his symmetry back.

Favorite classic, Mike’s front lat is deadly. Better legs and v-taper imo. Only area Mike needs to improve, which I’m not sure if possible, is separation between his chest and delts.
