Beautiful! I have been singing this and reciting this silently to myself, practicing walking meditation. It's really helping me with my practice. Peace is in every step. I am so grateful to Thay and everyone at Plum Village. I never knew I had it in me to be so mindful, peaceful and wholesome as I have become. Every day is better than the last.
