Thanks a lot, I regularly watch your videos and they really help to expand my vocabulary, especially it goes to your clarifications on how we can use all these words.
What a great teacher. Please also make videos on news articles, covering advanced words and grammar. In this way, we will be able to learn all aspects of advanced English. Thanks
Bora Bora is such an exotic place for a holiday. Renowned for its serene beaches and world-class resorts, it’s a destination that promises luxury and wonder.
"It's curious how 'dramatic' in English has both a negative and a positive connotation, compared to Spanish and, I suppose, other Romance languages. In our case, it's always negative, like 'as a result of a dramatic fall, their spine was broken,' but never with a positive sense like 'dramatic views' as an equivalent to 'spectacular views.' Making the mental effort to use 'dramatic' in a positive way is going to be 'dramatic' for me."
Can someone help me? Take a look at these two sentences: I go to store everyday. I go to the store everyday. I think both of them are grammitacally correct but in one of the youtube channels the first one was considered as a wrong sentence. In my opinion both of them are correct. The first one means going to store is my daily routine but not a specific store and the second one means going to a specific store is my daily routine. I need help.
Only the second sentence is grammatically correct: I go to store everyday. ❌ Incorrect. In English, we need "the" before singular countable nouns like "store" unless you're speaking very generally (e.g., I go to stores every day). I go to the store every day. ✅ Correct. The article "the" indicates a specific store, even if the exact store isn't named. So, the UA-cam channel is correct in saying the first sentence is wrong. 😊
Thank you for the great lesson, Harry!

Interesting observation! English can have quite contrasting meanings for the same word.
May God protect and bless you 🙏!
Hello Henry Cassidy,
Could you give me a chance to ask a question about your course on udemy?
Hi. Which course are you referring to?
As usual second to none

The pronunciation of the word "decor" in British and American English:
British English: /ˈdeɪkɔː(r)/
American English: /deɪˈkɔːr/
Sir, too much preface, make people tired. Please go straight to subject, please start with difficult word, something new
Repetition is key to mastering a language, even if it feels slow at times-it helps ideas stick. Learning isn’t about rushing, it’s about consistency.
