Very difficult to get good contractors and ID in Singapore. A lot of them are very unreliable and dis honest. Not recommended to do any renovation in SG...... Terrible people
Super agree! They are the good one outside I believe, but sometime just count on luck and chemistry with them, if can click then ok la.. if cannot, really nightmare

如果你的ID够细心的话，会要求你的冷气water piping在厕所的地方 埋在墙壁里面和地板里面，用瓷砖盖掉，就不会有expose pipe 然后要放casing 的美观问题。
通常ID最好一开始就要和Air con 的contractor 到现场谈如何跑pipes和box up, 不然整间屋子做到美美，结果你的Aircon piping box up 托跨，那就太可惜了。
現在就真的exposed在那邊，然後跟我說這個是common practice...我也是傻眼

For air con, you may do servicing every 3 months and a chemical wash once a year .. this is to prevent your air con choke the piping :)
Yea, thanks for your advise! In fact last time I did it every 6 months for the regular cleaning to keep it work

冷气系统太长了。。。这是新加坡建筑设计的大问题。。让冷气的效率大大降低
可能是房子設計佈局有限？很像也沒辦法
