Niamh - does the VAC in Dublin automatically send your biometrics to the IRCC once you have them done or do you have to advise the IRCC that you have done them?

Hey, you have 1 year from when you receive your port of entry letter to use it and enter canada

Hi I have found out from google that you can enter Canada with an Irish passport and work for six months without needing a visa, do you know if this is correct. Im currently in the process of applying for my Irish passport but I am actually from England and would love to go and do a snow season there so this would mean I may not have to apply for the IEC etc? Thanks for any info if you have any x

Hey! I’m not totally sure if that’s right. I haven’t heard of anyone here who isn’t on some kind of Visa! I think you’d still need a work permit if you’re not applying for the IEC working holiday visa. Again not totally sure though!! 💜
