It's good seeing Kiryu hanging with Ichiban's friends. But it feels he doesn't 100% belong to that group.

I always like Daigo despite the story needing to sideline him (with Majima and Saejima along the ride), but admittedly...He looks pretty cool when he's not looking professional with suits and the total slick back hair.

Best moment of the game for Long time Kiryu fans, being reunited with the boys for one last go again. Kiryu putting a lot of work in too, although thanks to his health Saejima is probably the strongest among them there now.....Daigo probably has a LOT of fangirls now from that drip.

You're both correct Saejima and Kiryu are Equals. But Saejima's has more Raw and Physical Strength. He is in fact the Strongest. Kiryu has more technique and Skills. Both The Dragon and The Tiger are immensely powerful and truly Equal.

Never knew how much I wanted an RPG where you play as these 4. You don't even gotta give me other playable characters.
They even lend themselves really well to a great party setup: Kiryu as the versatile main member, majima for high agility and weakness exploit, saejima the tank and daigo the support giving out buffs

I love the very first seconds of this vid, because its like Yakuza 3 speaking to LaD 7, Kiryu being serious (which is normal in the context they are talkning) and there it is Namba slackin in the meadle of the battleground

There's no reason that in an RPG style game where you run parties of 4 in a Yakuza title that we shouldn't get to run this team. This should have been the squad after Kiryu went back to Injincho and on. 😭😭😭
If I had a Quarter for everytime a helicopter tried to shoot Kiryu and His Fam on the Millennium Tower, that was then warded off by shooting a Rocket launcher at it,I would have 2 Quarters. Which isn't much but weird that it happened twice.

This is one of the best anti boss fights ever hat I have ever seen in a game. There are some games that come close, pizza tower, ultrakill, doom eternal. But this is one the the best. This feels like a complete inversion from kiryus boss fight in 7 where this time YOU are the boss, sure these are just omi goons but to them you are the final boss.
Yakuza 9 must have 4 protagonists, ichiban, majima, saejima, and akiyama and a DLC where you play a beat them up as ryuji.
