  • In this video, I experimented with a previous puto cheese recipe I used. Instead of using all-purpose flour, I used rice flour, instead of brown sugar I used white sugar and instead of plain water I used coconut milk. This is my first time baking using rice flour, as I only knew recently there are different types of rice flour. I didn't realized it but I was able to buy the glutinous type of rice flour which was the sticky one with the texture used to make the filipino rice dessert called "sapin-sapin". So I was able to use full glutinous rice flour for this version, the resulting puto was still good, it was best eaten after being chilled overnight in the fridge. #cookingathome #philippines #ricesnacks
