- I'll show you how to easily use the restroom WITHOUT having to take off your bind or compromising the integrity of the wrap (keeping it nice and tight)! With examples of different kinds of outfits and in what order to bind and dress that will allow for easy access to use the restroom both immediately postpartum and later.

Am I the only woman that has looked at all different fabrics and thought how gorgeous, on a narrower scale, this would be as a fashion statement? Also, I have begun to have horrible back issues. The belly band I was given when I had a stomach surgery somehow got misplaced. I have what is referred to as an apron. I have some fabric that will work wonderfully for this and I plan on using it to bind/support my belly and hopefully help my back!!! It will be so decorative, I won't mind wearing it out!!

Hi! I'm 15 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I'm just starting to learn about bengkung belly binding! I really enjoyed the video! I did have a question - you said to put the bind on first BEFORE your underwear. As I understand, immediately postpartum, I'll still be bleeding quite a bit - won't that be problematic to not have underwear on as I'm binding? Can't I have the underwear on and slip the waistband out from the bind once I have it bound? I hope that makes sense! Thank you!

Seven children... WOW! Congrats as they say. This is called appreciating and acting upon what a woman's main role on this planet is. All the rest is very important, exciting and fulfilling also. But want it or not, women are the only ones who can perpetuate the survival of the human race. It is quite major! Doing our full part in perpetuating human race survival throughout the future (even for the now!) cannot be replaced by "test tube" babies or other manipulations; they are just the exception as nothing replaces nature... and we are its best representative.

Hi Jennifer... I purchased a benkung bind last year, but after the first use the cloth has totally wrinkled and crushed in such a way that it’s hard for me to spread it up thru every wrap... I really find it hard to walk around with it since the cloth is not spreading out evenly though I overlap one over the other..nw I’m using ur belly tightening balm which works best for me with a regular belt.. can u plz suggest me hw I can use the cloth effectively without ironing.. I need to use the balm and wrap in a much effective way.. I watch all ur videos and it’s awesome . Good work😊👍
Hello! Thanks for your kind words! Unfortunately, cotton wrinkles...Oh how I wish I could take that property away from cotton! But we need to use cotton for its properties and the natural construction. 2 suggestions: the first is to pull both rails (the edges of the bind) open while you wrap the bind tightly around you - the tightness will keep them flat and spread apart. It's ok if the bind isn't completely splayed out but you want it as spread out aa you can get it. The other option is to wrap your bind around a book or magazine when you're not using it. Fold it around the book or magazine by flipping the book and stretching out the bind around it. Doesn't take too long! The next time you go to use it it will be flat! Hope these suggestions help!

I did everything in binding going to the rest room , looking after my baby and sleeping . But at nights I take it off to rest the tummy... but it's up to you.. to do what you want to do... in side your belly binder... I started 7 days after I got my baby...

Hi there, Thanks so much for the video. Once you start wearing the bind, how long do you keep wearing it for? So for example, I am now 9 months post partum and would like to try it for two reasons - last week I hurt my back doing a simple movement so I think I could do with the support. Also my belly is still very protruded and wobbly, despite having lost most of the baby weight elsewhere. If I wear it for approx 10 hours per day, how many weeks/months would you think I should wear it for daily?

No, because you need to wear the bind Continously for 8 hours, she said she wore hers at night to sleep, so you can sleep with it, it's all about your comfort but make sure you do at least 8 hours
