sorry for the late reply.. you have to weigh 200 g KOH pellets and dissolve in 1000ml of distilled water ( or 20g KOH pellets dissolve in 100ml of distilled water)

Is this the zarrouk medium for spirulina?
No. This is TAP medium for chlamydomonas
when doing agar medium, you added agar into TAP medium that is autoclaved before or not yet? Thank you so much.
