And just for you information, up North they call it “Sandwich” and in Athens “souvlaki”

Is a group own by the Liaskos brothers, They have a few restaurants all in Athens area and exept the HOOCUT, they all different concept. They have the best steakhouse in Greece i would say "The Base Grill" one of the best seafood restaurants "Travolta" and the list goes on. If you like I will be happy to bring you in touch with them, very good friends for the last 20 years.
My self I work as a restaurant consultant and culinary teacher for the last 24 years, a chef since 1974 (yes it sounds a lot) and the last 3 years I am making these videos so I can promote the Greek tradition, culture and gastronomy.
