I’ve been watching your UA-cam videos for the past week, and they’re really great! You’re doing a fantastic job as a content creator. How long have you been on UA-cam, and what challenges have you faced with your channel?
thanks! Its always about getting the algorithm to like you. Which means consistency. Im giving myself 6 months to get going. It takes time! Are you a realtor?
I am considering selling my house and condo in Southern California. Need to get my equity out before the State decides to pass a new tax law. Utah sounds like a great place to live! I heard they are kinda uptight and the dry counties are a dealbreaker. I need to do more research. One thing that surprised me (6:15) is the CIA was part of writing regulations of the housing industry.
Why did you not provide information about St. George? I have an impeccable home (had it appraised and also did a home inspection and did all repairs) that is just 4 years old. Photos are amazing and the house has barely been lived in. Everyone comments on how beautiful it is and that the condition is Modern Move In...yet I have only had one showing. I do not like Utah and want to move out of this state as it does not offer anything I am looking for. This is the first time in my life I have not sold a home between 2 hours and 3 days mie. It's been almost one month on the market and I am very discouraged. I know you made Utah seem like a highly desirable place to move to, but I am wondering what your thoughts are about St. George. I live in a luxury golf community less than 2 miles from Snow Canyon State Park. I am so puzzled why it is not selling. Any thoughts? My listing agent has done a great job-but the market is nothing like you have described. I believe the election has been a big pause on the market. Please share your thoughts. Thank you.
Right now is a slower time in real estate naturally. The holidays are around the corner and people are settling into the fall/winter seasons. With St George there could be a lot of factors involved on why you arent getting showings. I would recommend having this conversation with your realtor and trust that they know the market and what to expect down there. St George is a high sought after location, price will determine in the demand as well. It interest rates have just dropped and it will take most people 6-8 months to digest that change. I am sorry you dont like Utah! Where you headed after you sell this home?
Thank you for responding. My realtor and I discuss this frequently. She can’t figure it out either. I am in contact with realtors in several states (discussing possible relocation options) and homes are selling much quicker in CA and the Southern states before Hurricane Helene (that disaster changes the market for years to come.) I do think the election may be playing a role because we either save or country, or lose it. I do appreciate your time and I enjoyed your video. I would love to watch one in which you cover St George. I don’t know much about the Northern part of Utah as I have never been there. The scenery appears quite lovely. Hope you are enjoying some nice Fall weather!
@@SoBelle100 How long have you had your home in St George? I will for sure do a video in St Geroge hopefully sooner than later. It really isnt my market. I dont have access to their multiple listings website down there. The countries state does play a role in housing for sure! If you are patient with your sell you will get a buyer! :)

@@livingutahThank you very much. But here are some problems you can figure out why your views and subscribers are low?

Research is so important! What are you looking for in the type of areas and specs of home?
