I'm going to sound like a complete moron saying this but I like vigilantes more then BNHA. Idk I just find it more fun to read and the few characters it puts in the spotlight are awesome and relatable. Knuckleduster is best dad
I honestly agree. It’s still underground too so the toxic stans haven’t found it yet, and the theories other fans come up with is so fun! The backstories of some of the side characters like Ingenium and Midnight is also a nice refresher

I've loved Knuckleduster throughout the whole series. He has a moral compass and carries a madness about him that is intoxicating. At the same time, he is very intelligent and can come across as a normal human being. I want to know more about his history and his future. Seeing how he lost his quirk may provide more insight into what Japan was like before All Might was able to become the Symbol of Peace and why it was so important that he became one. His future seems pretty bleak however. He keeps putting himself in harms way, but it feels like he has nothing to protect, only the thrill of the fight keeps him going. I wonder if the punishment his body goes through will eventually catch up with him, or if it already has. Just an aside, but I hope that Vigilantes crew are able to at least make cameo appearances in the main manga. Maybe have Jiro and Pop sing a duet. Koichi and Midoriya fanboying over All Might and comparing collections could be funny. If Horikoshi wants them to have a bigger role, maybe have the duo, or trio is Knuckleduster is still alive, train class 1-A with an emphasis on mobility.
And here's the thing, in the comics Wildcat actually has some sort of power. As his name suggests, Wildcat, he has this 9 lives hack, I think. I may be wrong, so feel free to correct me.

There haven't been any Vigilantes original characters introduced in the original manga, but there are plenty of characters from the original manga that make appearances in Vigialntes

Knuckleduster is almost exactly like Midnighter....his quirk is also almost just like Midnighter’s blinding speed and heightened senses in battle. Midnighter is not regularly a speedster as far as long distance running, but on the battlefield, he’s so fast, that regular people (even seasoned fighters) can’t keep up with his movements. Even his costume is like Midnighter’s. Badass! I hope to see more of him. Maybe he could actually be perfect inspiration for Deku, if he ever decides to pass One For All onto someone else. Deku’s monologue says he’ll be the #1 hero in the future, but he never said that he’ll have a quirk 😉

Would love to see a mix between batman and iron man like teen hero. Using smoke and flash bombs to disoriante his enemies. A special suit that can whitstand most of the elemental atracks and physical attacks. A special graple and a cape helping him glide around arens and move faster. A special sentry he can command to shoot down artillery and crowd controll that lock down targets making them unable to move. And ofc a cool syrum he can use whenever he thinks he's about to loose. Like the one from kick ass 2.
Honestly, when I first heard of MHA the only thing I heard about it is "kid born without superpowers in a world where everyone has superpowers desires to be a hero" and I thought that that was going to be the plot. A powerless kid that uses ingenuity to overcome everyone, and when I started the first episode and saw the obsessive notes on various heroes and their quirks I genuinely thought that this was how the series would play out and that they gave the MC the perfect starting point... then they just put a bunch of BS coincidences in the story that gave the MC access to the most powerful quirk and my motivation for the series plummeted. When I later heard of Vigilantes and read it I just instantly fell in love with the series, especially after seeing Knuckleduster kicking ass without a quirk.

Mine would probably be a protection quirk thats energy-based or something similar to shielding people. I'm kind of protective and overbearing. And I'm shy so I can use that to just put myself in a bubble simply to keep people away before I feel more anxious and pass out. I feel like that would be my power. My personality would be similar to Suneater, one of the big 3 of UA
Javier Astacio Over Clock speeds the user up significantly but only for a few seconds and it has a cooldown. Gran Torino’s Jet quirk is still quite fast(S tier speed) but it dosent have a cooldown and allows the user to move midair. Engine Legs is also stupid fast(S tier speed) and can function at max speed for longer than Over Clock. If they were to have a race over any considerable distance than Jet and Engine would far outclass Over Clock.
