    Just tried this ... DELICIOUS ... one important thing ... mould use shouldn't be too deep or it will be too thick 😅

    I love your videos. I followed your method of frying a few times. Each time was a failure. The reason is the keeps sticking to the frying pan. How can I prevent and avoid this problem?. Your advice is appreciated.

      Sorry, the mixture keeps sticking the frying paddle (not pan).

      I haven't tried before but I think glutinous rice flour and baking soda are not suitable.

    Hi, thanks for the recipe. Is it possible to substitute the rice flour with wheat flour? Would the effect be the same or almost the same? Reason being I dun have any rice flour at the moment.

      All-purpose flour have gluten, the texture will be way-off and not as crisp.

      Heat oil together with a stainless steel ladle or wok spatula to 160°C. It will stick if it is not hot enough. Refer to recipe at mykitchen101en.com/scallion-prawn-fritters-crispy-version-recipe/
