Things from my experience, when I've chose to live in sin (even one thing) - my life got hard, when I chose to live after the Lord - my life got hard and when I felt stuck in my own sin and prayed, God showed me great mercy. I do not know your situation at all, I'm just sharing mine. God bless.
Now, I’m a follower of Christ, but for the longest time, I wasn’t. I struggled with the free will philosophy because if any one of us choose not to love God and Christ, we burn in hell for eternity. That doesn’t feel like much of a choice does it? I know Jesus is real and I know what he’s done for me and others, but I mourn for those who don’t. Jesus saved me and brought my life and light. I love Him! But, I think that maybe I do understand it a little. You go with your father when you die. If Satan is your father, you go to him and he hates humanity. So, it’s Satan that makes Hell what it is. I just mourn so deeply so those I love and don’t believe. I just wish they had another choice or chance once they see the truth for themselves. 😢

God did not come to earth, he sent his son to earth. Jesus said, "my father is greater than I". Satan is the ruler of this earth and we are in a testing period. He will soon be bound up for 1000 years and perfect man will live on the earth as was God's intent in the first place. The challenge has been met.

He was transformed onto earth as Jesus the perfect human and no longer a spirit anymore. After his death on earth, he went back to the heavens to be at God's right hand again.
