Not very homey looking, reminds me of business corporate areas in north america.
it is not get handed over..all a brand new area so noone walking around just yet. Also many of these are good for tourists in STR for holiday lets.

@@lucyjparker_ the lagoon is dreamy. I could wake up at 4 am, have a stroll around the water and wouldn't tell the difference between living and dreaming about it. I want to go back to Dubai so bad for properties such as this.
