Tarte Cosmetics has turned a great deal of people off in the United States so of course it is available in other countries now.

Everytime I first get a new sponge suds come put in the water idk about the beauty blender because I've never bought one but every other sponge I e used does that and it's nothing to worry about 😊

If it can makes you happy, in Italy we don't have Tarte at all 🤣🤣 And usually we have new brands (such as Fenty beauty etc) after decades 🤣 we can only buy them from the UK!
