Definitely not just you😂 I usually always do my eyeshadow first because of this reason however, for this look I knew I was using minimal eyeshadow and no pigments/glitters☺️💗💕

i have that palette but i found that the colours were patchy and the liners even though i added water they were really powdery and hard to work with they dont really glide like liner is supposed to
