When ever I need encouragement to head to the bins I watch a Quenby video. Your hauls are always a,aging and you share such top of the line tips. I learn so much. Time to start hitting the bins a couple times a week
Yay, I am so glad I can offer a little motivation. I only get to the bins once a week, if I am lucky. I am so thankful I can find so much stuff in just a few hours. Let me know what you find at your next bins trip. xo Q
I love love the Kate Spade bag. I am bing watching your video and that’s why I am commenting on an old video. I am learning so much. I think i would like to start getting into selling clothing. I am not positive, because I still haven’t made a trip to the local Goodwill Outlet, to see what we have here in St. Petersburg, FL. When I do go, I will le you know how it was.
This is my first time watching you. What I like best is that you are chock full of great information. I love how you tell us all the key words to use describing items. Subscribed to your channel to learn as much as I can. Thank you ever so much!
Love your videos! I appreciate that you show your sad finds. That was me yesterday at a regular goodwill. Found a FP thermal with the decorative cuffs - stains all over the front of it. Then a Peruvian collection maxi sleeveless wool dress riddled with holes. And then a very Lagenlook maxi FP dress also with tears. So much good stuff that I couldn’t buy. But! Did walk out with a pair of Babaton wool/cashmere pants, like new plus size Athleta joggers still on their website and a Quince sports bra so not a total bust! Keep those videos coming, they are awesome!
Oh my! I would cry having to put those items back. At the bins, a lot of the stuff is flawed. Sounds like u still walked out with good stuff though xo Quenby
I just sold some Oshkosh shortfalls with a fruit print for $53. Put them on auction. Apparently the strawberry print does the best like upwards of $400. I’m here in true Northern Cali, about 10 minutes from the Oregon Border! Love your personality and your laugh! Thank you for sharing!
Even though you're not reselling, you should post videos of your hauls. It's always fun & interesting to see what people thrift, especially from other parts of the country!
Great haul. I’ve never found ibex there. Love that Starbucks Always Drive through on my way. I promised one of the employees I’d bring her one next time. Thanks again
My first time watching you. Love your content and humor 😅 I’m a new reseller in AZ and live about 40 miles from the bins. Need to plan a day to check it out. 🤩
Welcome!! Yes you definitely have to check out your bins and report back. They are all different. It's a great way to keep your costs low while you learn 💯 👌 ✨️
Oh my goodness! I am sitting here laughing out loud at your bloopers! Thanks so much! Also, you are a good human to tell that person what they were throwing back was worth money. Not too many people would do that!
Thank you for another fun video! And thank you for always taking the time to respond to these comments. Very few youtube resellers bother to answer comments. It makes me believe that they're missing the point of trying to grow a youtube following. LOL! Thank you again! Have a fabulous day!
You are so welcome! I appreciate you saying that. I really do try and answer them all. It is getting harder as the channel grows, so I will have to figure that out, because you are right, it's the whole point! xo Q
Thanks for all your great information. So educational. I'm kinda a newbie reseller. But not getting any sells or followers, idk why. Guess I have more learning to do, more of your videos to watch lol. Thanks for sharing. Great finds!
Glad it was helpful! What platform are u selling on? The more listings u have up the easier it is to make sales. List good items people want and keep at it 👌 xo Quenby
This was a nice haul, and as always thanks for the upbeat positive vibe and brand/bolo tips! And by the way, your go-get 'em attitude toward getting your things listed quickly has inspired me to challenge myself, and I'm making excellent progress on my soon-to-be-gone death pile. As a result of more frequent listing I've seen a great uptick in sales. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration to be more efficient. Have a great day! 😊
I am SO HAPPY for you over that Oshkosh and Vintage kids haul, holy mackerel! What a score. Gorgeous. Every time I see someone pick those vest backs up all I can see are my oldest kids in my mind running around in them ❤ My sister thrifted 2 pair right before my 1st grandson was born a couple of weeks ago. I just love the entire 90s craze that's going on. So heart warming and nostalgic... And fun to sell!
Hi Jess I have been thinking of you! Sending love to you and your family. I have been picking up more vintage from the bins and really enjoying it. Xo ❤️
ah ah ah, I love fellow blooper. It really is bad how blooper-ery I am . Fortunately, I work from home, so everyone doesn't see all the bloopers h ah ahha
That Outdoor Research jacket that you found is actually something made for King County, Washington. That is where Seattle, WA is located. I believe it was made for employees of the King County Parks Department. You might actually be able to sell it fairly easily even with the Logo.
Here is the link to the clear storage bags I use: CLEAR POLY INVENTORY BAGS: amzn.to/3LKQyyn All the stuff I use is in the description section of my videos. Thank you!
I do sell Tommy Bahama men’s shirts. They don’t go for as much as they used too but they still sell . I have some long sleeve men’s linen shirts to list so we will” see .
I am so glad the TB still sells for you. I have a few silk shirts listed for $19.99 with no interest. Perhaps they will start selling again come spring/summer. I am not picking them up unless they are more special. I should probably delete/sell similar the ones I have for the spring season. Thanks! Q
Just curious about your experience with the “monogrammed” stuff. I agree that it’s not worth the time to try to remove embroidery, etc, but if it’s a great brand and the corporate/personalized stuff isn’t major (or ugly), what does the market bear? Thanks for sharing your experience and/or intuition!
That is a good question. I am so glad I saved those oshkosh from the landfill. People collect them. I resell them but others might want them for nostalgia. If you find vintage adult oshkosh overalls those sell great too
Quenby,hi! What I’d love, is if you lowered the camera. We aren’t able to see the whole item. But I think if you got rid of all the space above your head, it would solve the problem! Thanks a bunch!
That is no small thing! I was shopping at a thrift store a few months ago. Tried to use the employees bathroom because they didn’t have one either. A young worker chastised me a 77 year old woman for daring to use their bathroom. You gotta be prepared.
What memories does vintage baby clothes bring!! I loved putting overalls on my kids. Who knew they were worth so much now. Thanks for the tip!! 🎉
Hi Kari, so glad to see you here 😊 hope all is well with you 🙏 xo Quenby
@@TheGratefulQueen yes, all is great and I hope all is well by you too!
I really need to watch your videos BEFORE I head to the bins to fight my urges to buy EVERYTHING 😂😂

Yay Kathy, I'm so glad you found the channel 😊 thank you for the positive feedback. Hope to see you on a future video. Xo Quenby ❤️
For the green cardigan, add “bright spring color palette”. This is a great color for someone in that palette!
Great tip! I haven't used those keywords before. Thank you ❤️ 😊
Probably quiet cause its freezing and nobody wants to move to the outside cold 😊 You're a trooper!

Oh wow! Great sale on those oshkosh! I will keep my eyes out for the strawberry 🍓 print.
There is nothing more fun than coming home from my thrift store and going thru my haul!! I am not a reseller! I buy for myself! ❤👍
Even though you're not reselling, you should post videos of your hauls. It's always fun & interesting to see what people thrift, especially from other parts of the country!
Thanks again Qimby!! Someone posted a stain removal recipe. I just eyeball. 1/4 cup of both blue Dawn and hydrogen peroxide. 1/2cup of baking soda.
Me too. I just eyeball and use the same recipe. Thanks Nancy xo Q
Great haul Quenby! I need to look into kids clothes more. Lulu at the bins especially the aligns must be so exciting! Great video!

I find some nice Old Navy items at my local Salvation Army! I found a tunic length black sweater that I’ve worn so many times! ❤ hugs from Michigan!

Another great video! I think that tie may be a William Morris print. He has some gorgeous prints along with Liberty of London.
You scored again 🎉

Gosh I did not think of that. I should do some research to see how they sell with a company logo. Maybe someone would still want it? Thanks! xo Q
I live in Oshkosh. You would think that there would be more of the vintage b'gosh stuff around here, but not really.
Hi Quimby. Where do you get those clear bags you store your inventory in? Enjoying power watching yoir videos!

@@TheGratefulQueen Thank you Quimby! Love your videos - they always bring a smile to my face :)
Quenby, I say that all the time!! What is wrong with me??? ❤
Do you ever film while you’re digging in the bins?
Quenby,hi! What I’d love, is if you lowered the camera. We aren’t able to see the whole item. But I think if you got rid of all the space above your head, it would solve the problem! Thanks a bunch!
