I just got my septum pierced today. It didn’t hurt at all. I didn’t really feel it. But everyone is different. I love the small septum jewelry I got today. It looks good on you.
I had mine done yesterday & it HURT!!! I have a high pain tolerance but my goodness!! She said i moved when the needle went through but i think i just tensed up. She also said to ONLY use antibacterial soap & no H2Ocean but i bought some anyways bc it helps the healing process.
actually the septum falls pretty low on the pain scale.. my cartilage hurt more than my septum, if u want to get it go for it, it’s pretty quick and it hurts less than i expected i don’t really remember how it felt but it was not bad AT ALL i just stayed calm through the whole thing, didn’t move just sat there and relaxed don’t stress it too much you’ll be perfectly fine
Thankfully I can give advice, I have a stud on the side of mine. It stung for a second, and then it didn't hurt anymore. Very tolerable, and best decision I made

If you relax and breath in and out slowly it takes the pain down to little to nothing
