Thank you for posting this vid. I'm new to collecting Furbys, and want to learn all I can, so I can troubleshoot any issues that might arise. I know my first Furby's back sensor doesn't seem to be very sensitive, so now I have ideas on how I might fix it. Also good to know about the hard resets
