Nissan Terrano / Pathfinder D21 Automatic Hub Lock assembly and disassembly

In this video, we will disassemble the nissan terrano/pathfinder automatic hub lock sub-assembly.
I have been looking for one in you tube but I havent' seen any. When I found out how, I took a video of it so I can share it with you guys.

Hello, does the hub have to rotate it self? Seems that mine is not getting locked when using the 4x4

The hub only rotates when you engage the 4x4. If in 2H mode, the hub is free wheeling.
you may need to open the hub and see if what is wrong. (broken or loose parts inside)

Wala po. Yung automatic locking hubs mage-engage when you shift from 2H to 4H or 4L and umikot na yung front drive shafts. Yung mga manual locking hubs, you need to manually switch them para mag engage and disengage.
