    BIG Rookie Mistake by Blasting the biceps in hopes of getting bigger arms. The Biceps real function is to pronate or supinate the forearms. That's why its such a small muscle compared to the legs or back. These High Volume High Frequency biceps routines will only cause the muscle to SHRINK because of GROSS OVERTRAINING. If you want upper arm mass, then work on the Triceps. They composed 2/3 rd's the Mass of an upper arm. Think about that and start a serious study of Human Muscle Anatomy.
