I understand you wanted to add the apples to your pancakes. Just curious why you add eggs to the mix. With the complete mix you only have to add water. The mix already has the necessary ingredients
Hi there! I’ve tried making it with just water, and personally, I didn’t enjoy the taste or texture as much. Adding eggs helps improve the flavor and makes the pancake fluffier. That’s why I prefer adding eggs when I make them.
