@@joemama5181I dont blame you. I grew up watching Michael Jordan and lost interest after he quit playing. The talent level right now is making a huge comeback. I've been paying attention for the past few years or so ... reminds me of back in the day almost. I knew who Jaden Ivey was and knew he had game but wow am I fan now. Never seen a professional athlete speak as bodly about The Lord. Its usually the generic "I'd like to thank God" but Jaden was speaking The Word! Invigorating to hear it.
@@j.alexander4948Of course growing up in the Chicago area in the 90s, I loved MJ and Scottie Pippen. After their last championship, there was that long lockout and we had tickets to a game that just so happened to end up being the home opener. I was in fifth grade at the time and was expecting to see a good game. However, they were absolutely awful and got blown out, having let most of the team, including the coach goal following the championship. The lockout combined with their awfulness turned me off completely. I started watching college basketball instead and still do to this day, although that interest has been waning as well.
I knew who Jaden Ivey was from his days at Purdue, but I didn't really know anything about him. I like him now, but with the NBA's embrace of everything woke, I don't see myself ever going back to it. I realize those people are some of the best athletes in the world, but I still can't bring myself to care

That whole commandment about not worshiping false idols is legit.
