  • In this episode, I discuss energy requirements for longer physical training sessions. I detail what you need to do to ensure you're replacing spent fuel during these sessions so you can perform at your best and not risk becoming hypoglycaemic.     If you don't finish the 20km pack march in the required time would you have to redo it and finish within the time limit to continue on?
