This is cool with all weather capability. You can kill the market by making it to stand on its own, without the rider bringing out his leg to balance it. No Helmet. Not fair guys.

lucky you : in Europe we still need helmets for this scooter ! we must have to fasten a belt if a scooter has a rigid roof and that scooter needs to be controlled... we have stupid rules in Europe... the word is : security... saving even 1 person is a must in Europe... we should maybe wear helmets everywhere even walking on the pedestrians with our rules ! pfffff what a stupid continent we have.
The rule in HK is stupid too... we need helmet for motorcycles, but no rule on this for motorized tricycle. Since the two wheels at the front meets certain distance, this can be regarded as tricycle. It's nothing to do with the roof.

不是, 是因為它以「機動三輪車」登記上牌, 在香港的話, 騎機動三輪車是沒有規定要戴安全帽的

BikeHK .com I would say 3 wheels are much more stable than 2 wheels so your rules are much smarter than ours !
