is heavy cream and heavy whipping cream the same thing? if so, can i use heavy whipping cream for the ganache?

@@ChellsSugarRush do all the ingredients have to be room temperature? and do the dry ingredients need to be sifted?
@@elidajuarez9408 The ingredients for the cake do need to be at room temperature. They will combine better that way. I generally do not sift my dry ingredients. I just add them to the bowl and whisk them together.
