Haliburton needs to sit out and not risk a serious injury. Hamstrings are tricky injuries. The only way to handle a hamstring is to rest it. Don't turn a strain into a tear.

Nobody felt bad when the Celtics lost key players during their playoff runs (Brown in 2021, Smart and Rob Williams in and out of games 2022, Brogdon out for ECF 2023, Porzingis out this 2024, status still unclear), so yeah injuries suck, but if the Celtics win their title this year it’s not their fault they played banged up teams. And I know Luka is going through his injuries too, so he’ll make to the Finals banged up. Boston, if you’re smart, sweep Indiana and get a whopping 10 DAYS of rest and win this championship!
