u want it more efficient yet you want a bigger rear sprocket. make it a little smaller will give you more efficiency since the engine is powerful enough to pull easily.
How ironic that they brand it as "Master Of Torque" but it has a low torque output it comparison to other bikes on it's class.

MT03 - 22.0nm
Ninja 300 - 26.1nm
Ninja 400 - 37.0nm
Z400 - 25.1nm
Duke 390 - 37.0nm
RC390 - 36.0nm
This is roughly an estimated statistics of the ft.lbs of torque the bikes specs may be different depends on the site where you get your info but as we can see the MT03 sits in the lower end of it's class
ktm rc/duke 390 has more power than your mt03. and price point mas mahal ang ktm. 373 is malapit na sa 400 kesa sa 321. pero dapat tlg 200cc motorcycle should allowed on expressway
Magiging comfortable pa din kaya sir sa 5’10.5” na height? 179cm sakto height ko and medyo mahaba legs ko iniisip ko baka hindi gaano maging comfortable lalo mababa seat height nya.

Whoever came up with the 400cc rule for only "an expressway" needs to study up on why the same motorcycle (Yamaha R3) is Expressway, Highway, Freeway and interstate legal here in the United States of America? And dont give me that crap "Because this is the Philippines". Food for thought, food for thought. It's more fun on a R3.!!
OK na ok na sana ang porma kaso di bumagay ang design sa likoran. kasi yung patulis na design common na nakikita natin ay sa mga sport bike like sa R3 as you can see same na same sila.. sana same lang sila sa mt15 mas lalo ma appreciate mo ito

Solid ng review and very honest din sa cons w/ very good basis like fuel efficiency. i was planning to upgrade from xsr 155 but i dont think this is the right time yet. we'll see if a new mt-03 will come that will eliminate some of the cons

5th & 6th gear wla nang power masyado. 152kph 4th gear 11rpm, i shift to 5th wla nang power

Mt15 wins. You need little slimmer and low power bikes in the metro. Ung fuel consumption pa.
Mas tipid sa gas mt15. Mas mataas seat height ni mt15. Walang abs ang mt15. Kaya kung metro manila usapan, pwedeng pwede ipang daily kung wala problema sa gas comsumption ang mt03.

lol I kept watching until you gave your opinions about upgrading to aftermarket exhausts, it is their choice to sacrifice optimum exhaust performance for eargasm. Most bikers love to release the beast inside their bikes, wag mo sila i-guilt trip pag gusto nilang mag-upgrade ng exhaust haha. My take though, you can still have your opinion.
