I`ve got the Riton X5 Conquer 5-25x50 in MOA. And yes, its made in chynaw (what isn`t at THIS price point), but Its well worth the $600 OTD that i paid for it. First thing, the glass quality is on the money. The glass is very crisp and very clean. Not seeing much chromatic aberration, at least not enough to even bother, me. I`ve got far more expensive scopes with alot worse chromatic aberration. Low lighting, or cloudy day outside doesn`t seem to bother it, its still pretty bright. Mine did not come with a sunshade (come`on Riton). The turrets, LOVE them! Not at all mushy, some of the best i`ve ever felt, bar none! Has a very good positive feel on the clicks. There is ZERO, and i DO mean, ZERO play, within the knobs, like you usually see in others scopes costing twice, three, even four times as much. The elevation turret stop is very good. Though the turrets are NON-locking, its surely not a deal breaker for me. The Illuminated reticle is bright, no problems seeing it in the daytime. The illumination knob is On/Off in between each setting. The magnification ring is still a little stiff a year later on mine, but that does not concern me at all. The fast focus eye piece, one of the best in the business in my own opinion. Its not near as touchy to focus like higher end scopes, can be. The parallax is not touchy either, and it adjusts very smoothly, unlike some, barely touch them and your out of focus. The Riton parallax is very good. As for tracking, mine tracks VERY well! My only 2 gripes are: 1) the reticle lines are a bit thick for my taste, then very hard to see on the lowest power setting. 2) the throw lever/knob. Ugh, if i twist all the way over, my bolt will hit it during cycling. I got in touch with Riton about it, they didn`t seem to care. It would have been alot nicer if they had made it a one piece that clamps around the power ring like most others so that you could put it in the fixed position you prefer. To this day, i`m still looking around for a (metal type) clamp-on throw lever that will fit it, then i`ll toss Ritons knob back in the box. Other than that, i`m very pleased with the scope. I have had no issues to date with it. I can`t say anything about their warranty, i`ve not had to use it. Some friends of mine have Riton scopes of all sorts. They`ve not had any problems either. So its anybody`s guess how good they would honor their warranty. Well that`s all i got. Riton are very well made scopes. So if you buy one, i don`t believe you`ll have wasted your money on it. As Mr Hide said, shop around. There ARE good deals on these scopes. And if people are wondering, Riton 5-25x50 vs Arken 5-25x56, after owning both, i sent the Arken 5-25x56 packin. The Riton is a better scope, in my opinion, for me.
The adjustments are off by about an inch, but does show consistency as you said and showed. That is a head scratcher for sure? Is the distance at 100 yards for this calibrated paper?
Not really an Arken ep5 replacement , is it? More on par with the sh4 ,just doesn't track as well? A bit back I bought the X1, completely different animal , but I wasn't all that impressed . Maybe just me.
Thats just MSRP, street price is around 550 or less. But yeah still a fair amount to spend. I will say the glass quality is spot on for the price point imo.. No i dont hunt, just ring steel and ventilate paper. Thanks for watching..
Riton scopes are Great i have a couple different models, love them! excellent value.
I agree, very impressed with their glass quality.. Thanks for watching!!

Yes its a 100yrd calibrated target. Their really good for testing scopes..

Not sure on the Arken as I've not ever had a chance to review one. Thanks for watching!!
Ho Lee Chit one grand in my recession times is not in my future. Shooting a 204 at 100 I’d never see the holes. Do you ever night hunt?

Would this be a good scope for PRS 22lr?
Absolutely!! Great reticle and magnification range.
