I would probably about tie a race between us even though my cornering isn’t as good as it used to be because I use manual, which makes me accelerate way faster in the straights. Also I drive an eg6 so I have instant acceleration but drifting is near impossible lol, I use almost the same line every time.
For me, it's because I'm so into the game. When you are, you try other ways to become faster, in my case, I learn from my mistakes because advices doesn't work much for me. Just like what Takumi said "Just drive the way that works with the car".
ah, I see well in my opinion experience always helps when you try to find other ways to be faster for example watching / spectating more experienced players with a lot of laps always helps me find different ways to be faster.
