The Naschmarkt is a bustling market known for its diverse array of food stalls, cafes, and vendors selling everything from fresh produce to spices, cheeses, meats, and international cuisine. It's a vibrant place to explore, especially if you're a food lover or enjoy soaking in the local atmosphere.
The Naschmarkt, also known as the belly of Vienna, has existed since 1774. Back then it was located in what is now the area of Wiedner Hauptstrasse. It opened at its current location in 1916.
On Saturdays there is a large flea market with antiques, works of art, household goods, used books and records.

There are 2 best things about Naschmarkt: NENI and the Otto Wagner‘s buildings around it, especially Majolica House. And of course the unofficial viennese Chinatown at the nearby streets and corners.
