In this video we take you through the history of Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib situated in Delhi city opposite to Parliament House.
One of Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji's devotees Bhai Lakhi Shah Wanjara at his personal risk managed to bring away Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji's body to his house here which is now Gurudwara Rakabganj Sahib when Guru Sahib's Sis was martyred at Sis Ganj Sahib, Chandni Chowk . To cremate it openly would have led to detection, So he set fire to his house there by cremating the body in the traditional way.
