Retrospective for the one needs EF or the heart rate is not so stable. The dose would be higher because of covering for the R-R . For the prospective is lower the dose. But the heart rate must be stable. Because the scanning pick only the best phase.

It means the plaque in the vessel has reduced the normal diameter (the lumen) by 40%.
Um, since when do you do a CTA with 130kv? Contrast will suck compared to 100, and I'm not talking 80kv
