Any of the same colour are 1-1 ratio. So if you upgrade a lvl 3 green to a blank green = lvl 3 green. Same for any level and any colour providing they are the same colour. The level return is only lower when going from a green > blue or blue > purple.

Idk man I started last week and have almost all purple gear and half of them are max level without spending money. But I used everything I had to get the upgrade tokens after transferring and didn’t do the traits into my blue gear so I messed up a little…😅
And this way you just messed up all the gearing of the people watching this video. You didnt mention the blessing you acquire from transfering gear maxed out with the traits maxed out. If you just simply transfer a green +6 without maxing the traits of that green, you are loosing 70 points of blessing in the blue piece. After you transfer the green to the blue with all the traits maxed, what you want to do is to max out the traits of the blue piece before transfering it to the purple and that way you transfer the blessing maxed to the purple piece.
what's the interest of those 70 points of blessing for blue piece ? when blue is at max it's 960 for purple then, equivalent to 2 blue free trait augment

It’s 3.5% more efficient to level to 7 before transferring, so really not important. The most important piece that he failed to mention is maxing out traits before transferring. The blessing carries over and makes it easier to add traits on the higher level gear.

It's not the same, I did the math and it was like 68 if transfered from base, 63 if done using 7.3. Not a big difference, BUT if you get unlucky on the last levels then the sink is massive. Meanwhile from 1 to 7 is more consistent and less costly if you low roll.

It's because every time you level the gear it requires more growthstones per attempt starting at 1 growthstone at lvl 1 and needing 8 at lvl 8 and each roll isn't the same exp per stone it's a percent chance to roll a different amount of exp depending on what you get. So they're just saying it's more efficient to transfer a lvl 9 blue into a purple that's lvl 7 30% so you don't get unlucky and just roll a bunch of common and take 40+ stones a lvl going through lvls 7 and 8.

@@jetli3333 is this your first mmo? After you hit level cap you can’t level up anymore hence you don’t get anymore skill points from leveling. The rest of your skill points come from gear
Getting a purple lithograph because I know the only way to get them is to make them shards have you mistaken? Have you seen a lithograph actually dropped anywhere? Why would it? Why would the actual item just drop I am by no means hard-core. I don’t have a fully kitten out here for yet, but I am hundreds of hours in this game. I started it at the early access stage and I have yet to ever see a blue or purple lithograph that’s weapon specific I also have not seen any of the special ones you know like for the dad or whatever for the special crafters, however, have seen the little ball that you can use in place of it with the graph when you go to that special room and craft for the craft year never seen the actual for anything except the quality green ones. The only thing you can just straight without jumping through hoops is green gear.
Just a heads up the 7.3 then feeding it a 9 blue is only 3.4% more efficient, someone did all the math. I rather you feed a 9 blue and get your purple level 6
Don't buy the green lithographs with contract coins the story quests give you a ton of them, I'm spending most my coins on trait extraction stones to make money

Blue/purple lithographs are made by having that actual item and then applying a rare blank/epic lithograph to that item to create the lithograph. Think of them like blueprints. Those item-specific blueprints do not drop anywhere to my knowledge. You would have to make them or buy them from someone else who made it using a blank lithograph.

you forgot to mention that it is literally impossible to get the "bis" blue gear that doesn't drop from the open world dungeons. like broadsword of the resistance. you cant just find a gearing guide and do what they say, you have to farm blue gear in crypt/abyssal/ant/temple or its ggwp you will never max the traits on your blues.

The bis blue gear is for lads who want to crush noobs early on with a ton of evasion, doing videos like '' rank 1 pvp EU pro gamer xD'' The point of doing a fully trait blue gear is because : 1. You get a lot of stat from it, you can clear all the PVE content easy with it, even crush it. 2. Transferring a full trait blue gear on a new purple gear gives you 960 blessing, which allow you to upgrade a trait on your purple item with a blue item 2 times at 100% chance. That save you a lot of time and/or money. All in all : aim for an item you can get in bulk and extremely easily.
@@overanalyzingssome people even fill their blue items with shitty traits just for the transfer blessings, and sell the expensive ones like heavy attack chance or crit rate or hp. They'll have a big power spike later on.

I'm 70 hours into this game and hands down the only feature of this game I think is absolute bullshit is "the auction house" the prices in there are disgusting and the fact it uses real money is fucking disgusting. Guess I'm grinding the game over and over for gear bc I want nothing to do with this games auction house.
If you think about it you can sell what you get use only purple weapons and grind and sell gear traits, ern money, and later when a lot unlocks everything will be cheaper and you will have money to buy trits for gear what you need

You craft them in the armor merchant there is a blue and purple versions.

The point of doing a fully trait blue gear is because :
