Hi Arran, Thanks again for the update, we really appreciate the hard work you put into these. Watching the SMC backlog, any idea why INZ appear to have been prioritising more recent applicants over older ones? My assumption was that applications would be prioritised in the order received but 75% of those processed in July were from late 2021 while the smaller % were from late 2019 or 2020.. seems odd..
Hi Arran Sir, Thank you for sharing this information. Just wanted to ask about Ielts that What will be the overall score requirement You mentioned 5.5 in this video and on website it’s showing 6.5 overall. Could you please confirm this Thai you
Hi Arran, thanks for the detailed information. I am on essential skills visa now and working in the occupation in the tier 2 of green list but my employer is not accredited. I want to ask if my employer should be accredited when I am doing my 2 years work experience or when I apply for work to residence visa after completing my 2 years. Please advice me.
Hi Rajdeep. When you apply is when they need to be accredited. Your experience can count before they are accredited, but they need to be when you apply. Arran
Hi Arran, Thank you for doing this video. I have a question about the Green list visa. I am applying for partner work visa for my husband soon. He is working in IT as Solutions Architect similar to systems architect in the green list, but it comes as specialisations under software engineer category. Is he eligible to apply for STR category if he is getting the same job after reaching NZ under partner work visa? Is it possible for a partner work visa holder to get a job with accredited employer? Kindly confirm
Very informative, care to share your thoughts on doing Diploma in Foreign-going Master or Chief (Level 7) (Also known as Chief Mate or Master) basically "aye aye Captain" ship/ boat jobs & residency possibilities after doing the course

We'd have to see his employment agreement and job description to get an idea of which is it a substantial fit for.
I have got CPVV for CAP which start in August can I apply?
I'd need to check your details. Are you in NZ? If so then email advice@shlaw.co.nz straight away as today is the final day.
Now I’m in India

Hi
We generally don't give thoughts on different courses, as we aren't education experts, or what the job market is like. Sorry
