3:32:04 - 3:32:30 probably my favorite part of the stream, but honestly the whole thing had me in stitches. The opening bit from Fuwawa at 12:12 was also great. Literal moments into the game and she was being sassy already lol.
Donkey Kong games have always been interesting to me how K. Rool top mean are not bosses but appear as obstacles in stages like the foot soldiers. For reference K. Rool's no.2 is Klump (Kannon in some translations) is the fat brown Kremling with the Canon. An his no.3 Krusha (Kruncha in some game translations) is the big buff one who you cant hurt normally and need a weapon.
It's the return of BANANA time and it definitely was worth the wait! So much screaming and nonstop laughter already in this first episode of what will be another instant classic for FUWAMOCO and the ruffians! You did so well today, you've definitely kept a lot of the skills you developed from the first game and made great progress already! I can't wait for the next DKC2 stream already. Fantastic start to another retro gaming series. These two make such an entertaining watch as they try, fail, and try again. Great job beating the first two bosses. Only ever played as far as the first parrot level just before the sword boss battle. Never thought to go back and farm more lives as it's been a good number of years since playing this.

They still haven't learned the fundamental DK rule. Your thumb NEVER leaves the Y button. Holding Y increases your jump distance and your movement speed. It is essential for playing DKC2. You gotta play fast in this game. Run, don't walk. :3

Dixie is Diddy's Girlfriend. Same way Candy is Donkey's girlfriend. Dixie is sisters to Tiny, one of the playable Kongs in Donkey Kong 64 Donkey Kong Country 3 Dixie is watching Kiddie who is the little brother to Chunky Kong from DK64 Diddy I believe is Donkey Kongs nephew/best friend. Cranky Kong is believed to be the Donkey Kong that Mario fights in the arcade machine, Donkey Kong JR is debated to be a young Donkey Kong or his father since its not confirmed. However Wrinkly is Donkey's Grandma and is married to Cranky. Funky is implied to be an uncle of Donkey Kong, but dont think its confirmed either. Lanky the last Kong from DK64 is just a distant cousin. They are all Kong's cause they dont have traditional last names they are just the Kong Tribe.
I still have vivid memories of JonTron raging at this game when he was still part of Game Grumps. These two had best be prepared both mentally and spiritually for this game...
I keep hearing that this one is harder, but I recall it having way less moments that requires weirdly fiddly execution, and NOTHING as maddening as the cart levels.

RETURN TO THE DKC HYPE TRAIN! Seeing this in my feed made my day. Loved the DKC playthrough, absolutely looking forward to this one!

Donkey Kong games have always been interesting to me how K. Rool top mean are not bosses but appear as obstacles in stages like the foot soldiers. For reference K. Rool's no.2 is Klump (Kannon in some translations) is the fat brown Kremling with the Canon. An his no.3 Krusha (Kruncha in some game translations) is the big buff one who you cant hurt normally and need a weapon.
FWMC sounded so out of breath at all times with all the screams and fuwawheezes. lol

Fantastic start to another retro gaming series. These two make such an entertaining watch as they try, fail, and try again. Great job beating the first two bosses. Only ever played as far as the first parrot level just before the sword boss battle. Never thought to go back and farm more lives as it's been a good number of years since playing this.

They still haven't learned the fundamental DK rule. Your thumb NEVER leaves the Y button. Holding Y increases your jump distance and your movement speed. It is essential for playing DKC2. You gotta play fast in this game. Run, don't walk. :3

However Wrinkly is Donkey's Grandma and is married to Cranky. Funky is implied to be an uncle of Donkey Kong, but dont think its confirmed either.
Lanky the last Kong from DK64 is just a distant cousin.
They are all Kong's cause they dont have traditional last names they are just the Kong Tribe.
