I'll forgive Velcro in a travel wallet, personally - a time and a place for everything! But it is just a cringe moment when the guy ahead of you at the store pulls out his wallet and all of a sudden you get that "KSHHHHHHHHHH!" Velcro sound, isn't it? I always feel so bad for the guy.
If anyone is wondering, the money clip he has in the video is called the "Money Clamp" and is sold for around $50. It also comes with a leather card holder. Took me an hour to track this down. Cheers

Most grown men carry a lot of stuff you have work id ,license gym card ,library card, cash numerous credit cards I have zippered bilfold and its a decent size and not made from a luggage company like Samsonite or tumi i got it off amazon its genuine calf skin dont listen to anyone who says you need a trendy slim wallet get a grown man adult wallet worst thing you can do is get a small wallet that forces you to leave important things at home. If your wallet is bursting out of your back pocket heres a radical thought put it in your front pocket. i love this channel it has helped me a lot in so many way but i dis agree you dont need several wallets you just need one adult wallet and you should be set. Only thing i agreed with get rid off things you dont need out of the wallet.
i use the Smart Money Clip. you can find them on amazon. more practical than stylish, and really slim, barely noticeable in my pocket. it can hold about 4-5 cards and some cash.
My Excentri wallet has 14 cards in it, and 5-10 bills at any given time. Fits in my front pocket with no issues or bulge . It’s like a mini van with a corvette engine lol.

What's your opinion on long slim wallets that go on the inside of the coat pocket but aren't passport wallets? That's what I currently have and I love it. I like how it fits on my body, in an area that is concealed, doesn't make my pants look baggy or filled. And I feel like it's a good answer to the initial question.

@DBrownofdc No - I drive a truck - my wife drives the van. But trust me friend - when you have kids you give up a lot of your toys willingly (like the motorcycle) as well, I had too many close calls and I want to see my kids grow up.
pro-tip: if you pull out a wallet with velcro, you're a chump. idk why this is so hard. go to a leather store or look online, find a wallet that holds what you need to carry, and put that in the wallet. i get that a lot of people carry WAY too much crap in their wallets, but if you just weigh it by utility vs space, you'll find yourself really slimming down that wallet at very little hassle to yourself. what i'd suggest is having 3 wallets: an edc (every day carry) wallet, which has all of the stuff you normally have, a party wallet so that you dont lose all of your important shit when you're hammered (im a college kid, so a bar wallet is important). also, if you have a wallet specifically for going to the bars, you can decide how much money you're going to spend before you're drunk, which is typically a good idea. just dont forget to put an ID that says you're 21 in that wallet before going out. the 3rd wallet id suggest is your shopping wallet. that's the wallet with all of your loyalty cards and membership cards and shit like that. you dont really need this (most stores will search your phone number, so i dont know why you're carrying around your petco card for those 3 times a year you buy something from petco), but it can be nice to have if you're going to a mall or grocery shopping or something. i'd suggest either leaving it in your car (dont forget to bring it into the store) or popping it into your coat pocket when you're going shopping. just my opinion on wallets, do with it as you will.

Good points you made on the video ,I am looking for a new wallet not so much for type but good endurance .They seem to last no more than 2 years .The big one is out of the question , so is a tri-fold , too cumbersome to hold and open up .A good by-fold is the ticket I.ve checked the kevlar units but they seem so stiff that comfort in pocket must be compromised. You also need removable ID and a separation in the bill area for papers I wonder if anyone makes a mix Kevlar/Leather wallet

Coins should be kept in a coin purse. Personally I use a coin purse made from a kangaroo scrotum. Small enough to fit in my pocket but large enough to hold several dollars worth of coins. For parking meters etc.

I use a 22 × 11 × 4 cm wallet. It has two zippers. And one outer magnetic pocket for receipts. And it has a strap.
I have a couple wallets. I got a bigger one when I have alot of cash and I have minimal ones when I don't.
