there's a guy down the street from me, I swear he must be a hundred if anything and he rides one like this all day long, up and down the street over and over. He is enjoying life :-) cool bike my friend
I've used low strength lock tite on mine in the past, it reduces maintenance on it, the bike vibrates so much you have to tighten bolts often if you don't use it.
Thank you so much for posting this video. I just barely purchased the same motor and am awaiting its arrival. Seeing the success of someone else who doesn't know engines, like me, and how well the engine works gets me excited. I also purchased this motor based on the reviews that I saw and the good reputation they have made for themselves. I can tell I won't be disappointed.
it gets hot. too hot to touch. luckily though its in the center of the bar so it would be difficult to get burnt unless you reach in and touched it....but i did just to test it and its hot.
You should use some pipe insulation & retrofit a full size motorcycle gas-tank. That & a backpack with 2 two-liter coke bottles full of fuel for refueling & you could do some serious mileage..
I bought one a few years ago though I don't remember the name of the motor or the company... you can buy a longer muffler that will really quiet it down a lot more too. After I bought it the company sent me numerous offers to buy another for as little as 100 dollars. Was thinking WTF? I already have one!
I am having the same problem with my stinger motor, the chain keeps breaking. you mentioned the alignment was the problem but mine seems straight. Question: do you use a standard bicycle chain or a motorcycle chain? Thanks, hope to get help soon..
nice kit. i am still waiting for the video where you soak you bow drill kit and still get fire i am ok at bowdrill but in a down pour i have never succeeded and you don't see many that will even attempt it so any tips i can get will be greatly appreciated.
i put a 80cc racing kit on norco wolverine with downhill triple forks. same problem...had to ben the shit outta the chain tensioner to align it right. not sure how to upload pics but will figure it out one day. i am in the process of swapping engines rebuilding. I have a lowrider f4 micargi. same deal. prob was for me the front mounts i busted a nut in there today...on the new engine. Lucky I had no problem with the other one. hope to be up and cruising tomorrow afternoon. running a straight pipe on the norco. loud as fuck like a pitbike :)
Funny, how you rode out of sight, and we couldn't see, what happened behind the corner. now here is my question: how hot does thr motor get, do you have to worry to burn yoursellf? Burnt myself on the lawnmower this summer, that's why I ask. Have fun!

Will it still function like a normal bike as long as you don't engage the clutch?
