Barge installed rip rap

Oh, this project we had no yard access so we install the riprap along the shoreline using the barge

Hey Dale,
How far do you travel with the barges? Do you only do work in areas that are relatively short barge rides from where you keep your barge to where the job site is? I assume that you can’t travel by roadway towing these barges but I could be wrong.

Thanks for watching my UA-cam channel and your comment. We only work typically within 50 miles of Pensacola Gulfbreeze and our barges all stay in the water being 18 and 21 feet wide would be pretty expensive to get them out and travel across the roadways.
