I just switched from an LG G2 phone to an LG G4 phone. The LG G2 used to send the Artist/Title/Album info to the stereo headunit via bluetooth. The LG G4 pairs, and plays the audio, but no longer sends the audio. Does anyone know how to get the text to display? Is it a setting I have wrong, or is it a Bluetooth Stack issue with Android 5.1? Thank you
when I connect Pandora or spotify not shown what I hear on my screen car, song name, album etc. which could be the reason? I got a 2013 passat. Thank you!!
I found on mine that I don't have to go to settings to adjust the volume on the satnav, If the female voice is speaking then simply turn the volume up or down as she's speaking and the volume of just the satnav will rise or fall- Same whilst using the phone too!

Street address don’t come up ,if I put some of the address in , a different location comes up ,would it need updated as it is only a new buil in the last 12 years
may be .. its the biggest one in Africa .. directed by Volkswagen Garmany .. but who know .. they said that i cant change the map of the RNS 315 .. & am looking for it until now :/
I have this useless unit in my passat b7, the Sat Nav part is what's useless as it can only find approx half of the postcodes I try to type in.. despite having upgraded the maps to 2019. Even my 25+ yr old original TomTom 1 can find ANY postcode!
Can't seem tot get bluetooth in my VW Scirocco 2012 either... I've heard you need to connect within 3 minutes when you start up the car but can't find my car.

If the car battery goes dead or I have to place a new battery will the screen ask for a password to utilitize the radio and GPS?

How do I move the map around I have done it before I thought you had to press with two fingers or something I've never understood
