Awesome coverage of getting the ponds into order. Sometimes I wish Flair would go to people like you who have these ponds and learn what has to be done before digging a hole filling it with water then hope for the best but that's Flair. Hopefully he'll follow what you taught him and he can have a nice spawning pond and what ever the other pond is and the big pond continues to thrive. Stay Safe & God Bless!!! 🤠👍
Flair needs a big fountain for the big pond like what bamabass has for his pond and small ones for the 2 hatchery ponds
For the grass/aqua plants at flairs pond you can make a "cuvette" in french, so like a half- moon basin or a bowl of rocks like youd plant trees for the proposed grass idea... acting like a small retaining wall underwater. Theres even burlap option you wrap the root balls and dig the burlap root system into the clay. Cheers!

Section 179 for business deductions allows business to write off up to 1,080,000 in property expenses. Advertising and Promotion is 100% deductible. Flair advertises his own brands in every single video, he can have one business cover the cost of the project at hand, and then at the end of the quarter write it off in his taxes to receive a large tax break on the profits of the company. His brands are all separate companies, the UA-cam channel, Dux, Bux, Beefcake, etc. etc. Everytime they show a piece of merch, mention the other brand, anything that can be categorized as advertising his own brands, that company gets a write off. Yes, the inherent cost is still there, however if he’s running his companies like every UA-camr should, he’s paying out his own salary, all property he owns and operates on is a company property, his vehicles are company vehicles and the company is posting barely recording a profit or operating in loss so they get huge tax right offs.
The other portion is he’s taking sponsorships on these videos and companies are willing to pay large portions of the videos production cost, which production cost is also a tax right off, meaning that anything that isn’t covered by expense write offs is covered by sponsorship dollars.
So, no, I’m pretty well versed in how taxes work, so shut your rude ass up Nathan.

I hate to say it, but I feel like everything you do is a waste when it comes to flairs property! At least, when it comes to these ponds, he does zero upkeep, and I don’t think he has the focus needed to do half of the things he wants to do!? But it does make for, good videos. Good on you TJ
