We don't like immigration agents - the ones' that aren't authorized by ICCRC and qualified to help you with your application in exchange for money - first of all, it's not legal to do that, and second of all, it's so easy that you don't really need paid help! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and moved to Canada 3 days before the pandemic hit in March 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent and unauthorized immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of NOTHING; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this UA-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents (my own) and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there FOR FREE, for you to read and execute the process yourself! All we are doing in these ebooks is sharing our experience of applying for PR ourselves / structuring and pointing you in the right direction via various different resources that are available on IRCC's official website. The UA-cam channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)

Best thing is that Uncle and Aunty ji can communicate in English which is definitely a key factor to settle in abroad. Not all parents can do this which makes them feel that its tough to adjust in these countries.

I totally agree with her when she said be a bit wiser before moving and don't put this pressure on your parents. When i was 24, i had build this tremendous pressure on my parents to study in Canada. Secured admissions for Concordia, UWindsor and yet couldn't come because logically an MBA here would have costed me 50Lac+. Lucky that i could not afford it then, i did my MBA from India, secured a good job, and now both me and my husband are in Canada - we got intra company transfer from our own jobs, we didn't even spend a dime on our tickets. So be wise, land here with a job.

Good to hear their perspective. As an expat, I can attest it’s difficult for us, at least in the beginning, I can imagine it’s tougher for parents to go through the change. But glad to see how uncle and aunty are coping up. I think it’s more because they both are quite open minded. God bless.

I respect your Mom's advice but i seriously say and request everyone in INDIA if you know or get a feeling that Canada is best suitable for your future goals or even mere peaceful existence, Please take the step. Canada is a beautiful country very peaceful. It has very law abiding citizens and country truly respect its citizens unlike India and in Canada system truly runs by the book. Our country is no doubt very beautiful but it is not worth living in anymore. no facet of decent human life is left uncorrupted by our politicians and the corrupt system. Potato Talkies you are blessed one that your parents around you. I can assure you these two will live a very healthy long life in this environment that you two have created for them.

I’m also from Delhi, Rajouri Garden. One advise I would give, that let your parents walk 2-3 times a day in the neighbourhood/park. Please take your parents to the gurydwaras. Have fun and best wishes .

1 month is too soon to decide...but since their son and daughter both are in Canada...they may stay...but eventually they will find it difficult to live there... Reasons - 1) very difficult to live without help and do all chores 2) unless they start driving car themselves...they will not like the dependence...3) initially they may like baby sitting ...but not always 4) it is difficult for 2 women to forever live together...and also be happy! Nope...not gonna happen...5) for them to live separately in CN is not even a financially worthwhile option 6) they are not going to like the climate...7) eventually they will miss socializing... Solution -? They should plan to spend only 4 months in CN every year in summer and enjoy - to & fro trips to India... ( simran...already thinks they are headed back in 6 months!) {Yes, you may save this comment} 🙂 No malice...only wisdom shared from life experiences...
