Lata Ji has rendered a great contribution to the Hindi music by singing old, rare and forgotten songs as Shraddhanjali, a tribute to old great singers. She has revived the interest of new generation in these songs. It is a priceless gift to Hindi music lovers. Kannan Devi Ji sang it so beautifully in movie Jawab (1942) composed by great Kamal Dasgupta and Lata Ji in her rendition has enhanced its charm.
Pt. Madhurhas written this beautiful and subtle poetry.
I have tried to augment the delight of this melody by portraying enchanting Madhubala and Dilip Kumar for this video. I hope you will like it.

"Lata ji has sung this vintage song of legend Kannan Devi from film Jawab 1942) .Mr.Mukhtar Lyallpuri has blended visual clips of yet other legends i.e. beautiful Madhubala & handsome Dilip Kumar so well , it appears that the visuals were filmed for this song only. The visuals have made this video much more lively than the original.When so many legends are merged by a master craftsman, it has to be MARVELLOUS.
