Thank you for taking the time to explain this! Some people may not know. Have you ever thought about encasing the magnets under a layer of filament? Like adding them manually during the printing process?
I've tried this, and it sometimes works, but if you're not right there, ready to quickly toss them in, it could cause complications when starting again. (depends on printer, material, etc.) I've also noticed that when pausing prints for add-ins like magnets, nuts, etc., it produces discoloration at that point or even a gap.
@@zenginellc yea depending on printer it’s best to just keep parts one color one print. And pausing altering colors just has too many variables to cause issues expecially if you are trying to make a product to sell and want customers to be satisfied in how long your prints last
this seems kinda obvious, but idk, mabye people don't understand this. (not being sarcastic) and I agree with the under layer method. i use that but make sure it is not under too much filament

I’d rather just glue them in. It takes same amount of time and much easier to just let the printer finish and get the next print to start

It’s something obvious but sometimes people just need the video reminder to look for ideas on how to do certain components in their designs
My thoughts too.
Interesting it's almost like magnets have two poles
Lol the key is to keep one direction for everything
