Tricky downwind in a messy open ocean downwinder, including the pop up onto foil

Downwind in KZN ,South Africa with some mixed swell and rippy conditions , strong 25 knots of southerly winds .
Included in the footage in the beginning a pop up after a fall. Overpowered on my 930 should have gone 755 ! Otherwise great fun :) Passed over many sardine bait balls that is a phenomenon that happens over winter along the east coast of South Africa . Beautiful whales breaching around me and dolphin pod dodging too.
